Hello! My name is Dr. Kate Nelson and I teach Leadership Development for Aviation Students at Auburn University. I am also an Instructional Designer in the College of Human Sciences here. My class is taught to sophomores and juniors and my students are a combination of flight and aviation management students. I teach a full load – 37 students and this is an in-person class. For my ID work – I work on a total of 4 courses per semester in each of our programs: Nutrition, Human Development and Family Sciences, Fashion and Interior Design, and Hospitality. I am taking The Full Route – going in order of the modules. I hope to leave with a deeper understanding of how HyFlex can transform my courses into more interactive and accessible learning experiences.
