Something has gone wrong in one of your sessions: a room closed at fifteen minutes’ notice, a connection that failed halfway through, a group that fell a week behind after a campus closure.
Post at least two of these: the time management strategy you will apply immediately, the flexibility technique you expect to rely on, how you will monitor your progress over the next month, the challenges you expect, or what you think will change for your students.
Include the constraint that makes it hard in your own institution. That is the part colleagues recognise, and it is what turns a plan into advice somebody else can use.
