Lesson 2 asked for two commitments: one communication skill and one empathy skill you will apply immediately in your HyFlex teaching.
Post them here, with why you chose those two and what you expect will change for your students. If you are willing, add the before and after of the message you rewrote, with all names and identifying details removed.
Then say where you think it will be hardest. Applying the same skill to a room, a live stream and a set of students reading days later is not equally easy, and naming the difficult mode is what makes the post worth reading.
