In Lesson 1 you took one real teaching scenario of your own, worked out which soft skills were doing the work in it, and redesigned it.
Post that summary here, between 100 and 300 words: the original scenario, the skills that were involved, and the version you would run next time. If you would rather record a two to three minute audio note and describe it in a line here, that works too.
The most useful posts in this topic are the ones that admit what went wrong. Every one of us has sent the message that was accurate and unanswerable, and the redesign is more interesting than the success.
