The programme includes discussion forums open only to enrolled participants and the programme team. Posts, replies and the display name on your account are stored on our server for the duration of the programme and are visible to all enrolled participants; they are not published publicly or shared with third parties. Email notifications are sent only for topics you have chosen to subscribe to, and every notification contains a link to unsubscribe. You may edit or delete your own contributions at any time, and you may request deletion of any contribution by writing to info@hycomm.eu. The forums are hosted on the same server as the programme and are covered by the retention and security measures described elsewhere in this policy.
