Kick-Off Meeting / Istanbul, Turkey – November 18-19, 2024

The HyComm Project has officially launched with an inspiring Kick-Off Meeting hosted by Özyeğin University in Istanbul. Bringing together the project partners. The two-day gathering set the stage for an ambitious initiative to integrate AI into HyFlex learning models and reshape the future of higher education.

The meeting was attended by all partners both physically and online, an HyFlex meeting!

During the 2 day meeting, the partners have started firstly by defining and setting the timeline, agenda and tone of the HyComm project. During the first day, the partners have created a comprehensive and complete overview and plan of the project activities for the first 6 months of the project and set a clear action plan with concrete steps. All partner tasks, responsibilities and roles were clearly identified, agreed and accepted by all partners.

On day 2, the partners have focused on long-term planning, communication and dissemination aspects of the project along with Work Package and Project Result/Output specific sessions on each project activity and result. The next partner meeting has already been decided as the Co-Creation Meeting between partners to be held in Istanbul in early March!
